I had a wonderful experience at Sigma Dental Clinic. Having not seen a dentist for many (many) years, I was nervous going in but everyone at Sigma is so kind and put me at ease. I needed four small fillings due to gum recession. Dr. Dashti is gentle and explains what she is going to do before she does it, and there's a TV on the ceiling to entertain you while you're having your procedure! Tyrone is personable and efficient, and the kind gentleman at the front desk is awesome. He obtained a prior authorization from my insurance so I knew what my out of pocket would be beforehand and everything was ready to go when I got there. My teeth look great! Thanks Sigma team! The dentist is very gentle and nice and I have been recommending her around the area. The office manager on the other hand was yelling / arguing with me when I tried to make an appointment for a specific issue. He made us not want to return or recommend. I believe he had mistaken me for another patient and would not even try to understand his mistake when I tried to correct him. Having dental work is already stressful and when the office manager doesn't have clear communication and is using contradictory phrases it makes the experience so much worse and degrades trust.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at Sigma Dental recently, and the entire experience was far better than I expected given how nervous I was about the procedure. I was naturally a bit anxious heading in, but the team made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The dentist (Dr Septic Dashti) explained every step of the process beforehand, answered all my questions, and made sure I didn't feel a thing during the procedure.
